Free, but pre-registration is requested. Early 300 will be accommodated.

The reception participation expense is 2,000 yen. Please pay at the symposium front desk.

Technical Presentation

1) Oral Presentation
Each invited talk is allotted 25 minutes followed by 5 minutes' discussions.

2) Poster Presentation
The poster session will be held between 12:50-14:20 on December 18th, Tuesday.
The poster session will be at Room "peehe" in the 6th floor, New Tower.
The maximum size of each poster board is 120 cm (width) x 140 cm (height).
The poster room will be ready at 12:00.
Refreshment will be served in poster session.

Travel and Hotel Information

1) Access to Toranomon Pastoral Hotel (Conference Site) from Narita Airport

A) Airport Limousine Bus: http://www.tcat-hakozaki.co.jp/eng/limousine/index.html

Depart in every 10-15 min. and arrive at T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) in approximately 60 min.
Limousine Bus Ticket Counter: Narita Airport #1 / #2 Terminal 1st Floor, Arrival Lobby
(just in front of EXIT of ENTRY OFFICE)

Bus will stop at #2 Terminal, #1 Terminal and Tokyo Air Terminal (T-CAT) (2,900 yen).
Then, take a taxi to the Hotel (about 2,000 yen).
Taxi will be available at the opposite side of the bus stop.

B) Narita Express Train: http://www.jreast.co.jp/e/nex/

Narita Airport Station - Tokyo Station (60 minutes, 2,940 yen).
Take a taxi from Tokyo Station to the Hotel (about 1,000 yen).
